Subject: Maintenance

Date Adopted: January 1, 1991

Maintenance, repair, changes, additions or other alterations are to be performed only in accordance with College policy and under the supervision of the Director of the Physical Plant, who works under the direction of the Vice President for Financial Affairs.

Requests should be made on the proper work order form, approved by the appropriate Vice President, division head or supervisor and turned in to the Vice President for Financial Affair's office.

Requests for addition, deletion or alterations involving public and private utilities (water, electricity, natural gas, telephone or other such service) should be directed to and approved by the appropriate supervisor and the Vice President for Financial Affairs.

In cases of emergency, employees should contact any of the Vice Presidents or other administration staff.

Employees are encouraged to report maintenance problems involving facilities, grounds or equipment in order that proper action may be taken as soon as possible.
