Certain contractual personnel in support staff positions are closely allied to the instruction program. If they teach, they are compensated above and beyond their basic contract in accordance with the part-time and overload pay schedule.

Contractual employees of grant programs are designated as support staff. They are not guaranteed job security beyond the grant period.
