Subject: Accidents

Date Adopted: January 1, 1991

When an accident of any kind involving students or visitors occurs on campus, the Vice President for Student Services should be notified immediately.

In the case of accidents or other medical emergencies College personnel should not, under any circumstances, make any statements causing those involved to believe that the College will pay for necessary medical treatment.

In the case of an accident involving a College vehicle refer to Section 8.410.
