Subject: Evaluation of Full-Time Faculty

Date Adopted: January 1, 1991, Revised November 15, 2000

Faculty evaluation will be in compliance with Arkansas Code 6-63-104, the Comprehensive Annual Performance Review, as adopted by the Board of Trustees and approved by the Department of Higher Education.

The President shall make an oral report to the Board of Trustees each March that all contractual employees have been evaluated and are (not) recommended for employment the following year.

If there is need for full-time faculty to appeal, the grievance procedure as outlined in Section 8.100 may be used.
