The minimum professional qualification for full-time faculty members in college transfer programs and some occupational programs is usually a master's degree. The minimum professional qualifications for full-time faculty members in some occupational programs is specific educational achievement plus specific employment experience. Exceptions can be made if they are in keeping with the Higher Learning Commission's (North Central Association) expectations.
