Description of Services
 Tutoring
Tutoring is provided free of charge to NPCC students and is funded
jointly by NPCC, The Carl Perkins Grant, and Student Support Services.
Tutoring is available for most subjects taught at NPCC and is conducted
by both professional and peer tutors.
For math tutoring in Basic Math and Beginning Algebra, contact the
Learning Acceleration Division in LAD 111 (Learning
Acceleration Division—formerly
MS office building).
For help with essay writing, visit the Writing Lab. Contact Paul
Hawkins in LAD 111 (Learning

The lab is located in the Gerald Fisher Campus Center, Room 211CC.
