| A valid receipt is necessary for all refunds or exchanges. Textbooks and course materials will normally be refunded in the same form as original payment within 3 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition. Shrink wrapped or packaged items must be unopened. An extended return period is offered 3 weeks from class start date for fall or spring terms, and 2 weeks for summer terms (subject to change). General merchandise such as clothing and supplies may be returned with a receipt in original condition within 14 days of purchase. |
