• Entry Fee before April 25^th: $75 per player or $300 per team
• Entry Fee after April 25^th: $85 per player or $340 per team
• Includes cart, green fees, breakfast, lunch, treats, free driving range balls and door prizes
  

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS:

• $400 - 4-man Team and Hole Sponsor - Recognition sign on hole
• $300 - 4-man Team Sponsor - Recognition at awards presentation
• $150 - Hole Sponsor - Recognition sign on hole
• All sponsorships will receive recognition in the program, and in a Thank You advertisement in the newspaper
  
  
• 1st place Team - $100 Gift Certificate for Each Player
• 2nd place Team - $75 Gift Certificate for Each Player
• 3rd Place Team - $35 Gift Certificate for each Player
• 4th Place Team - $20 Gift Certificate for each Player
• Number of flights will be determined by the number of players entered.
