The National Park Community College Foundation exists to provide additional financial support to National Park Community College and its students. Your tax-deductible contributions are used to raise funds for scholarships, buildings and programs that will make a difference in the lives of our students and benefit the quality of life in our community. Individuals, businesses and organizations are encouraged to contribute to this tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization.

You may contribute toward any of the above-named scholarships, or you may establish a scholarship in honor or memory of anyone you choose.

NPCC Foundation completed a feasibility study in January 2005. Its consultant, the Clements Group, has recommended moving forward with a $3-4 million capital campaign focusing on a health science building, scholarships, and nursing faculty endowments. The Foundation Board of Directors voted to postpone the capital campaign until the new College president is hired

The Bill Ogden Memorial Golf Tournament

Each April, the NPCC Foundation hosts an annual Bill Ogden Memorial Golf Tournament, in memory of one of the college's counselors. Proceeds from the tournament are used to fund the Bill Ogden Memorial Scholarship, awarded to students who intend to:

• Pursue a degree in counseling or education and
• Transfer to a four-year institution after graduation from NPCC.
